One page, whole semester

“I have CS 2150, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11.” Done.

One spoken sentence per class and the semester is set: days, rooms, professors, the next exam under the course it belongs to. Classes appear on your day and calendar on their own. Before a midterm, Ordo asks once if you want a study evening held. After, it asks how it went, and keeps your answer with the course. In your words, not a number.

No grades, no GPA, no streaks. The record instead. The full student story →

The semester, held on one page.

One course, opened: this week, and the record.

how it works

Three beats, and then it steps back.

01 · morning

It reads your body

It reads last night's sleep and recovery from your watch before you open anything.

02 · day

It plans your day

It shapes your calendar around how much today can hold, travel time included.

03 · night

It reflects at night

It reads the day back beside the journal page you wrote a year ago today.

No scores. No pressure. Nothing to beat.

Connected

no migration, no re-entry

Nothing to re-enter.

Ordo reads your existing iCloud, Google, and Exchange calendars and plans around what's there. With your okay, it writes back to the same place, so your phone, your laptop, and the people you share with stay in sync.

It reads on its own. It only writes when you switch that on. The morning briefing is drawn from the calendars you already keep.

It plans around you

It reads last night, and shapes today.

Connect an Apple Watch or a WHOOP, and Ordo reads last night's sleep and recovery, then plans around how you actually are. A short night, and today asks less of you.

The day, leaning to match the night behind it.

One move

Move one thing. The day flows around it.

Push a meeting to a better hour and the rest slides to fit, gaps and real travel time kept, the fixed things left alone. Back to back never means late.

Drag one thing, and the shape of the day redraws.

The morning

Before the day asks anything, it reads it back.

Every morning, at the hour you choose, a short letter: how you slept and the shape of the day ahead. One nudge, never more. Reply, and you're talking to the Companion.

The whole day, in one calm read, before you touch a thing.

It reads and shapes. It never diagnoses. Ordo is not a medical device, and the body read needs a watch or WHOOP. On an iPhone alone, it's the calm planner.

Also on your laptop

The same account, at web.useordoapp.com.

Say a class to Ordo on your phone, and it's on your laptop when you open it. Nothing to install.

Calm

no scoreboard

Nothing to beat.

No scores, no counts, nothing to keep up. Five quiet surfaces, and no scoreboard anywhere in them.

  • Practiceswhat you tend to, grouped by when and why, never counted.
  • Schedulethe shape of the day.
  • Todaywhere you are now.
  • Reflectthe day, read back.
  • Companionthe one you talk to.

A practice remembers what it's for and when you tend to it, not how many days in a row you managed. Notifications you can quiet by kind, quiet hours you set once. Ordo would rather say nothing than nag.

Your yes

the confirm is a feature

Nothing moves until you say yes.

Ordo shows you the exact change, then waits for your okay. It moves only your own events; anything with other people on it goes to your calendar app, so no invite goes out in your name.

Private

your body, your journal, your day

Yours, and kept that way.

The sensitive parts of Ordo, your body data, your journal, your calendar, stay on your device. The AI only ever sees a short summary, and only at your instruction.

  • your bodyHealth data stays on your device. The Companion reasons over a short summary only if you switch that on. Tell it to forget, and it forgets. Disconnect WHOOP and Ordo revokes its access.
  • your journalWhat you write is yours. It's stored under your account with row-level security, never mined, never used to train a model.
  • your calendarsYour iCloud, Google, and Exchange events stay on your device. Sign-in tokens live in the iOS keychain.
  • the AIYour day reaches the AI only through a server we run, never straight from your phone. No ads, no tracking, and your day never trains a model.
  • leavingDelete your account and everything tied to it from inside the app, any time, and it's gone for good.

from the maker

A note, before you sign up.

I built Ordo because every other planner I tried turned my Sunday into a debt collector for Monday. A list of things I hadn't done, dressed up as motivation. A running tally I'd broken, days marked as lost, a scoreboard that read poorly even on the days I'd done plenty.

I wanted a quiet calendar. A page that didn't punish a skipped week. A companion that planned with me rather than at me. The kind of app you keep on the home screen because reading it feels like opening a notebook, not a notification center.

Over time it grew a body-aware layer, so it plans around how you slept, not just what's on the calendar. We're shipping it slowly on purpose. If you join the TestFlight, you'll get it when it's ready, with a short note. Not a launch sequence. Not three nudges a week.

plain answers

Questions, answered.

Yes, it edits the calendars your phone already syncs (iCloud, Google, Exchange, unified through iOS). Ordo spells out the exact change in plain words first and never touches your calendar without your okay. It moves only your own events; anything with other people on it goes to your calendar app, so no invite goes out in your name.
Ordo is free for everyone, every feature open, no card.
Your account and what you write live on a private server under row-level security; only your signed-in account can read them. Your iCloud, Google, and Exchange calendars stay on your device, and sign-in tokens live in the iOS keychain. No advertising, no tracking, no training AI models on your day. The whole policy is on the Privacy page.
Yes. Delete your account from inside the app, any time, and everything tied to it is gone for good. Your iCloud, Google, and Exchange calendars were always yours; leaving disconnects Ordo and leaves them exactly as they are, on your device and in your accounts. Nothing stays behind on our side.
No. The journal, the planner, and the Companion are one app, not a planner with a chatbot tab. The Companion reads your real calendar, plans the day, edits your events with your okay, and remembers what you tell it.
iOS first, where we use it ourselves. Android comes after iOS settles. Web and desktop are further out.
For the body features, yes. Ordo reads your sleep and recovery from an Apple Watch or a WHOOP, opt-in, and you choose separately whether the Companion may see a short summary. An iPhone alone reads steps, not sleep, so without a wearable Ordo is the calm planner: the calendars, the travel time, the briefing, the journal, Reflect.
No. Ordo reads your sleep and recovery and plans the day around them, nothing more. It never diagnoses, grades, or gives medical advice, and it is not a medical device.
